A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 10:23 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Mendoza, Oerlemans, and Mayor Meyer with Vice Mayor Pierson found absent.
Vice Mayor Pierson joined the meeting at 10:26 p.m. and participated remotely via Zoom as a reasonable accommodation pursuant to Government Code section 54953(c).
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
There being no one wishing to speak, Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION

The Council, by motion, recessed to Closed Session at 10:25 p.m.
