A. CALL TO ORDER & ROLL CALL
Mayor Meyer called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.
Roll Call found the following members present: Maloney, Pierson, Mendoza, Oerlemans and Mayor Meyer.
B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Meyer led the Pledge of Allegiance.
C. PUBLIC COMMENTS
Mayor Meyer opened public comments.
Danny Dohrmann provided comments regarding the responsibilities of the City Manager position and inquiring how that role will be filled during his absence.
There being no additional speakers, Mayor Meyer closed public comments.
D. CONSENT CALENDAR
D.1 Rescind Previous Approval and Approve a Revised Parking Lot Lease Agreement with DJA Properties, LLC for the 2nd Street Parking Lot and Amend the 2025/26 Operating Budget

Danny Dohrmann provided comments inquiring about the possible remediation needs for the 2nd Street parking lot.

Adopted Resolution 2026-62 of the City Council of the City of Brentwood (1) rescinding the City Council’s prior approval (Resolution No. 2026-29, adopted April 28, 2026) of the Parking Lot Lease Agreement between DJA Properties, LLC and the City of Brentwood for 715 and 739 2nd Street; (2) approving a revised Parking Lot Lease Agreement (“Agreement”) between DJA Properties, LLC and the City of Brentwood for 219 Oak Street, 715 2nd Street, and 739 2nd Street; and (3) amending the FY 2025/26 General Fund Operating Budget. 2 Ayes (5): Jovita Mendoza, Council Member, Susannah Meyer, Mayor, Pa'tanisha Pierson, Vice Mayor, Tony Oerlemans, Council Member, and Faye Maloney, Council Member

The Council reconvened into Open Session at 6:28 p.m.
The Mayor reported out from Closed Session that Terrance Davis has been appointed to the role of Acting City Manager, effective immediately.
Compensation for this appointment will be considered separately in Open Session at the next City Council meeting to be held on June 23, 2026.
