The City Council may respond to statements made or questions asked or may request Staff to report back at a future meeting concerning the matter.  Speakers desiring answers to questions should direct them to the Council/Successor Agency and, if relevant, they may direct them to the appropriate staff member. Speakers can also follow up directly with staff during regular City business hours.

Members of the public have the option of giving public comment in person or via two-way telephonic service (Zoom).

Members of the public participating in person are asked to file a speaker’s card with the City Clerk on the form provided on the counter at the back of the Chambers. Members of the public participating via Zoom are asked to use the raise-hand feature to indicate a desire to make a public comment.

During this portion of the meeting, the public is permitted to speak on items not listed on the agenda. Public comments for scheduled agenda items should wait until that time.
