The purpose of this is to provide a safe environment for the public, staff and Councilmembers/Authority Members, while allowing for public participation. J. Acquisition of the Building and land of the Former Bank of America Branch Located At 70 Old County Road in Brisbane
i. Consider Adoption of City Council Resolution Approving the form and authorizing the execution of certain lease financing documents to finance the costs associated with acquisition of the building and land of the former Bank of America Branch located at 70 Old County Road in Brisbane and authorizing and directing certain actions thereto. ii. Consider Adoption of Brisbane/Guadalupe Valley Municipal Improvement District Financing Authority Resolution approving the form and authorizing the execution of certain lease financing documents in connection with the financing by the City of Brisbane of a portion of the costs associated with acquisition of the building and land of the former Bank of America Branch Located at 70 Old County Road in Brisbane and authorizing and directing certain actions thereto.
