Brown act as amended by California Assembly Bill No. 361 effective September 16, 2021 providing for a public health emergency exception to the standard teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The purpose of this is to provide a safe environment for the public, staff and Councilmembers, while allowing for public participation.
Accordingly, the public may observe City Council meetings and/or address the Council using remote public comment options or have the option to attend City Council meetings in person.
Please be advised that City Council members may continue to participate in the meeting remotely. The Council may take action on any item listed in the agenda.

To address the City Council on any item on or not on the posted agenda, fill out a Request to Speak Form located in the Community Meeting Room Lobby and submit it to the City Clerk.

(It is being recommended for Council to decide on the draft ordinance to amend the SPCRO Sierra Point Commercial District Research & Development provisions)

G. Consider Approval of First Amendment to Lease for Property at 25 Park Place, Brisbane, CA. Approval of this First Amendment is exempt from further review under the California Environmental Quality Act because it is not a “project”. Section 15378 (b), CEQA Guidelines.
