6:00 P.M. CALL THE SPECIAL MEETING TO ORDER
Mayor Davis called the meeting to order at 6:01 P.M.
A. Consider any request of a City Councilmember to attend the meeting remotely under the “Emergency Circumstances” of AB 2449
There were no requests under Item A.
B. Public Comment
No members of the public made public comment.
C. Interview Executive Search Firm Teri Black and Company Teri Black from Teri Black and Company, an executive search firm, was interviewed by Council.
D. Consider Adoption of a Resolution Selecting an Executive Search Firm to Recruit for the Position of the City Manager
After some Council questions and discussion, Councilmember O’Connell made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Cunningham, to adopt a resolution selecting Teri Black and Company as the Executive Search Firm to recruit for the position of the City Manager. The motion was passed unanimously by all present.

Abstain: None
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Davis adjourned the meeting at 6:56 P.M.
