Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d) (1). Number of Cases: One • City of Brisbane v. CA High-Speed Rail Authority (Superior Court of Sacramento County, Case No. 80004010)
Mayor O’Connell called the meeting to order at 6:09 P.M. Councilmember Lentz made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Cunningham, to approve the Closed Session Meeting Agenda as it stands.
The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Cunningham, Davis, Lentz, Mackin, and Mayor O’Connell Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
No members of the public were in attendance. Mayor O’Connell adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that staff was given direction on the Pending Litigation Item.
