Mayor O’Connell called the meeting to order at 5:06 pm.

COMMITTEE INTERVIEWS AND POSSIBLE APPOINTMENTS
A. Interview applicant for 1 Open Space & Ecology Committee term through 2026 5:05 pm Anthony Walker
Anthony Walker were interviewed by Councilmembers Cunningham, Davis, Lentz, Mackin and Mayor O’Connell.
B. Discussion and Consider making an Appointment for 1 Open Space & Ecology Committee term through 2026 After all the interviews, Council directed the Clerk to draft a resolution to appoint Anthony Walker for the Open Space & Ecology Committee term through 2026.
C. Interview applicants for 1 San Mateo County Mosquito & Vector Control District Board of Trustee term through 2028

Paul Bouscal and Michael Goldman were interviewed by Councilmembers Cunningham, Davis, Lentz, Mackin and Mayor O’Connell.
D. Discussion and Consider making an Appointment for 1 San Mateo County Mosquito & Vector Control District Board of Trustee term through 2028
After all the interviews, Council directed the Clerk to draft a resolution to appoint Michael Goldman for the San Mateo County Mosquito & Vector Control District Board of Trustee term through 2028.

Laron McNally did not attend the interview due to illness. Emily Wirowek was interviewed.
F. Discuss and Consider making Appointments for 1 Complete Streets Safety Committee term through 2025, 1 term through 2026 and up to 2 terms through 2028
After all the interviews, Council directed the Clerk to draft a resolution to appoint Emily Wirowek and Paul Bouscal for the Complete Streets Safety Committee terms through 2028.

Tiffany Meyers withdrew her application. Chaya-Bella David, Dawn David, Quita Highsmith, Lailah Khalil, and Carol Zoltowski were interviewed by Councilmembers Cunningham, Davis, Lentz, Mackin and Mayor O’Connell.
H. Discuss and Consider making Appointments for 3 Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accountability (IDEA) Committee terms through 2026
After all the interviews, Council directed the Clerk to draft a resolution to appoint Emily Wirowek and Paul Bouscal for the Complete Streets Safety Committee terms through 2026.
