Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d) (1). Number of Cases: One • City of Brisbane v. CA High-Speed Rail Authority (Superior Court of Sacramento County, Case No. 80004010)
Mayor O’Connell called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M. Councilmember Cunnigham made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Davis, to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Cunningham, Davis, Lentz, Mackin, and Mayor O’Connell.
Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor O’Connell adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that Councilmembers were provided an update on the Pending Litigation Item E and direction was provided to staff.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 A.M.
