Dear Council Members
Re: The Quarry Development
My concerns regarding the approval of the Quarry
development involve the following categories:
* Loss of native habitats on San Bruno Mountain that
cannot be replaced. Fauna and home to many animals
continue to be removed or lost.
#Noise of construction and possible extended office
building hours depending on type of business.
*Erosion due to increased climate issues like atmospheric river.
* Creek and spring waterways need to be protected due
to mountain run-off that creates more habit and fresh
water for wildlife.
*Traffic of trucks during excavation and hours of
operation usage.
* Repair of roads due to heavy truck usage.
*For employees - must include Commute.org stop into
development area so employees can have a transit
option.

I do strongly support a devoted area for a public
botanical garden so visitors can hike, explore and be
educated about the benefits of San Bruno Mountain.

This should include additional hiking paths connecting to trails so all areas can be explored of the mountain.

Please consider having the developer provide an
accessible meeting area open to the public and/or a
walking tour setting so there would be more appreciation and support of the mountain and education for children.

Thank you
