H. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d). Number of Cases: One Mayor Lentz called the meeting to order at 6:32 P.M. Councilmember Davis joined via teleconference at 251 Mendocino St. Brisbane, California and Councilmember O’Connell joined via teleconference from 52 Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez Colibri Condos #104 Bucerias, Nayarit, Mexico.
Councilmember Mackin made a motion, seconded by Councilmember O’Connell, to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Mackin, O’Connell and Mayor Lentz Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor Lentz adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that Councilmembers took action on Liability Claims D and E. He added that Councilmembers did not take any action and provided directions to staff on the Real Property Negotiation Items F and G and Anticipated Litigation Item H.
