Councilmember Mackin made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kern to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Mackin, O’Connell and Mayor Lentz Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor Lentz adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that Councilmembers provided directions to staff on how to proceed regarding the Real Property Negotiation Item D.
