Dear Ms. Padilla, City Clerk Brisbane,
Can you please make sure this gets to the Quarry sub-team before the meeting on Wednesday, July 23rd?
Under the California Public Records Act (CPRA), I respectfully request access to any documents, reports, agreements, or presentations related to the financial impact of the Quarry Project proposed by Orchard Partners in Brisbane, CA.

Specifically, I am seeking documents including (but not limited to):
- Financial forecasts or pro forma statements submitted by the developer. - Support for the $25M infrastructure maintenance & improvement needs as shown in the Orchard Partner’s presentation deck (is this annual or one-time payment?) - Cost/benefit analyses, infrastructure cost-sharing proposals, or city funding commitments.
- Development Agreements (DAs) or drafts that outline financial terms, public contributions, or community benefits.
- Any relevant correspondence or staff reports evaluating the project’s financial implications.

If possible, I would appreciate receiving the documents electronically via email.

If the records are not yet available or still in development, I would appreciate any timeline or process information regarding when they will be reviewed publicly or presented to the City Council or Planning Commission.

In addition, the Orchard Partner’s presentation that occurred on June 30, 2025 indicated that the plan was revised and reduced to 890K square feet of development of which 710,000 square feet would be used for advanced manufacturing/warehousing. Please confirm that if the manufacturing doesn’t surface, does this mean that Orchard can use the 710K square feet for warehousing? A maximum needs to be placed on the warehousing request.

A bit sneaky with the presentation – one must read through the entire document:

Thank you for your time and support. Please confirm receipt of this request, and don’t hesitate to reach out if any clarification is needed.

Sincerely,
Mary Rogers, Resident
