A. Approval of the Closed Session Agenda
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Councilmembers on any item on the closed session agenda
C. Adjournment into Closed Session
D. Government Code, Section 54957 (b) (1). Performance Evaluation: City Manager Mayor Lentz called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M.
Councilmember Davis made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Mackin, to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Mackin, O’Connell and Mayor Lentz Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor Lentz adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that Councilmembers provided direction to staff on the Performance Evaluation item.
ADJOURNMENT
