B. Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Councilmembers on any item on the closed session agenda
C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d). Number of Cases: One Mayor Lentz called the meeting to order at 3:37 P.M.
Councilmember O’Connell made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Davis to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Mackin, O’Connell and Mayor Lentz Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor Lentz adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney McMorrow reported that Councilmembers provided direction to staff on Anticipated Litigation Item C.
