A. Approval of the Closed Session Agenda
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Councilmembers on any item on the closed session agenda
C. Adjournment into Closed Session
D. Liability Claim: Amiri, pursuant to Government Code, section 54956.95 E. Liability Claim: Dzotsenidze, pursuant to Government Code, section 54956.95 Mayor Mackin called the meeting to order at 5:32 P.M.
Councilmember O’Connell made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Kern to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Lentz, O’Connell and Mayor Mackin Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
There was no public comment. Mayor Mackin adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
Legal Counsel Roush reported that Council denied Liability Claims D and E.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 5:44 P.M.
