A. Approval of the Closed Session Agenda
B. Public Comment. Members of the public may address the Councilmembers on any item on the closed session agenda
C. Adjournment into Closed Session
D. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d). Number of Cases: One Mayor Mackin called the meeting to order at 3:35 P.M.
Councilmember O’Connell made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Davis to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, O’Connell and Mayor Mackin Noes: None
Absent: Lentz (arrived at 3:40pm)
Abstain: None
Public comment was made by Clara Johnson. She commented that being a councilmember is a thankless job and appreciated the stop to a community park camera. She added to vote no when Councilmembers have doubts especially about toxins and the safety of the kids.
Mayor Mackin adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Zutler reported that direction was provided to staff regarding Anticipated Litigation Item D.
ADJOURNMENT
