D. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL—ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d). Number of Cases: One Mayor Mackin called the meeting to order at 3:34 P.M.
Councilmember Lentz made a motion, seconded by Councilmember O’Connell to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Lentz, O’Connell and Mayor Mackin Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Mayor Mackin adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Zutler reported that direction was provided to staff regarding Anticipated Litigation Item D.
