Government Code, Section 54956.9 (d). Number of Cases: One E. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL – INITIATION OF LITIGATION (Potential initiation of litigation pursuant to Government Code, section 54956.9 (d) (4). Number of Potential Cases: One Mayor Mackin called the meeting to order at 5:04P.M.
Councilmember Davis made a motion, seconded by Councilmember O’Connell to approve the Closed Session Meeting agenda as it stands. The motion passed unanimously by all present.
Ayes: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Lentz, O’Connell and Mayor Mackin Noes: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Mayor Mackin adjourned the meeting into Closed Session.
REPORT OUT OF CLOSED SESSION
City Attorney Zutler reported that directions were provided to staff regarding Anticipated Litigation Item D and Initiation of Litigation Item E and there was no reportable action taken.
