Mayor Mackin called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.
ROLL CALL
A. Consider any request of a City Councilmember to attend the meeting remotely under the “Emergency Circumstances” of AB 2449
No Councilmembers attended the meeting remotely.
Councilmembers Present: Councilmembers Davis, Kern, Lentz, O’Connell and Mayor Mackin Councilmembers Absent: None
Staff: City Manager Dennis, City Attorney Zutler, Assistant City Manager Fernandez and Management Analyst Brown
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
Councilmember Davis made a motion, seconded by Councilmember O’Connell, to approve the agenda as it stands. The motion was carried unanimously by all present.

PUBLIC COMMENT
No members of the public wished to make public comment.
WORKSHOP
B. Volunteer of the Year 2026 Discussion
After discussion and no public comment, Councilmembers selected a Volunteer of the Year and a Youth Volunteer of the Year for 2026. The awardees will be revealed on Day in the Park on October 3, 2026.
