Vice Mayor King called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. via Zoom.

4. Six-Month Report for Fiscal Year 2021-22 from the Buellton Visitors Bureau RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council receive a six-month report from the Buellton Visitors Bureau.

Kathy Vreeland, Executive Director of the Buellton Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau spoke about their marketing plans going forward.

5. Correction of Contract with Buellton Business Association/Chamber of Commerce for Operation of a Visitors Bureau
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council consider approval of the Fourth contract amendment with the Buellton Business Association/Chamber of Commerce for operation of the Visitors Bureau and approve the budget line item in the amount of $6,828.30.

6. Consideration of Agreement for the Operation of Zaca Creek Golf Course with Mike Brown
RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council consider approving the proposed agreement with Zaca Creek Golf Course and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement.

SPEAKERS/DISCUSSION:
The City Council thanked Mike Brown and staff for all the changes made to the Zaca Creek Golf Course and that the golf course is a great asset to Buellton.
