Mayor Sierra called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Mark Preston, Goleta, thanked Mayor Sierra for her service to the City of Buellton.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Council Member Lewis requested a change to the minutes of November 10, 2022, regarding the motion for Item 9. The motion was made to approve Resolution No. 22-32, rather than denying Resolution 22-32, as stated in the minutes. Staff made the correction to the minutes for approval of Resolution No. 22-32.

Motion by Council Member Sanchez, seconded by Council Member Lewis, approving Consent Calendar Items 1 through 5 as listed.

Mayor Sierra and Council Member Sanchez thanked staff and the Buellton Chamber of Commerce and Visitors Bureau for hosting Winter Fest.
Council Member Sanchez stated he attended the Enchanted Garden Holiday Lights Tour at the Santa Ynez Valley Botanic Garden and stated it was a great event.
