Mayor King called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

A.J. Tarman, Buellton, requested traffic enforcement along Highway 246 to slow vehicle speeds through Buellton.

Resolution No. 23-18 – “A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Buellton, California, Approving, Authorizing and Directing Execution of A Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Relating to the California Municipal Finance Authority and Approving A Plan of Finance for the Issuance of Revenue Bonds by the Authority to Finance and Refinance A Qualified Residential Rental Project for the Benefit of Buellton Garden Apartments, L.P., and Certain Other Matters Relating Thereto” RECOMMENDATION:
That the City Council consider adoption of Resolution No. 23-18.
STAFF REPORT:
City Manager Wolfe presented the staff report.
SPEAKERS/DISCUSSION:
Mayor King reopened the continued public hearing at 6:04 p.m. There being no public comment, Mayor King closed the Public Hearing at 6:05 p.m.
The Council discussed the project location and specifics regarding the revenue bonds.
