CALL TO ORDER
The City Council met in a special meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center, 6650 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, California, Mayor Ahn presiding.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources.
2A. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Ahn announced the public may at this time address the members of the City Council on any matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council. There being none, Mayor Ahn closed oral communications.
CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Ahn stated the need for a closed session as scheduled and ordered the meeting into closed session.
3A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(1 ); Name of Case: Donna Mclntire v. City of Buena Park; Case No.: OCSC 30-2023-01304009-CU-Pa-NJC 3B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54956.9 (d)(4); Based on existing facts and circumstances, the City is seeking legal advice on whether to protect the City's rights and interests by initiating litigation; Number of potential cases: One Item Pulled
3C. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR
Pursuant to Gov. Code Section 54957.6; Agency Negotiator: Eddie Fenton, Assistant City Manager/Director of Human Resources; Employee Organization: Buena Park City Employees' Association; Buena Park Technical, Office, and Professionals Association; Buena Park Management Unit; Buena Park Police Association; Buena Park Police Management Association; and, Buena Park Unrepresented Employees Minutes July 8, 2025 Vol. 54 Pg. 327
Mayor Ahn reconvened the meeting in open session and it was announced that no reportable action was taken for Item Nos. 3A and 3B.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Ahn adjourned the meeting at 4:28 p.m.
