The City Council met in a special meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 3:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber of the Civic Center, 6650 Beach Boulevard, Buena Park, California, Mayor Traut presiding.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Council Member Ahn. 2A. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Mayor Traut announced the public may at this time address the members of the City Council on any matters within the jurisdiction of the City Council. There being none, Mayor Traut closed oral communications.
3. CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Traut stated the need for a closed session as scheduled and ordered the meeting into closed session.

RECESS/RECOVENE
Mayor Traut recessed the meeting at 4:48 p.m. and announced the meeting would reconvene after the regular meeting to discuss Agenda Item Nos. 3A and 3B. It was announced that no reportable action was taken for Agenda Item No. 3A.
Mayor Traut reconvened the meeting in open session at 6:44 p.m. and immediately recessed to Closed Session for Agenda Item No. 3B.
Mayor Traut reconvened the meeting in open session and City Attorney Cardinale announced that no reportable action was taken for Agenda Item No. 3B.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Traut adjourned the meeting at 7:46 .m.
