A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK AMENDING ARTICLE V, SECTION 10 OF THE
FISCAL YEAR 2021-2022 CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE TO
UPDATE AND AMEND THE FEES RELATED TO PARKING
VIOLATIONS.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. Article V (PUBLIC SAFETY), Section 10 of the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule, is amended as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto.
2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall only become effective upon the effective date of the ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK REPEALING AND REPLACING ARTICLE 16 OF CHAPTER 1 (VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF TITLE 6 (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC) OF THE BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PUBLIC PARKING, introduced on January 25, 2022, as may be amended.
