3-3-516: IMPERSONATING PERSON OF OPPOSITE SEX
No person whether as customer, entertainer or otherwise, shall impersonate by means of costume or dress, a person of the opposite sex, except by special written authorization of the Chief of Police in any place required to be licensed under Section 3- 3-507 of this article.
