A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK AMENDING THE BUDGET OF FISCAL
YEAR 2021-2022 FOR THE PURPOSE OF MID-YEAR
ADJUSTMENTS.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. The City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Annual General Fund (Fund 001) Budget is amended by appropriating $687,958.00 from the Unassigned Fund Balance Account 001.ND000.30010 to the following Expenditure Accounts:
001.CC01E.62310.0000.000000 $3,000.00 Office Supplies 001.CL01A.62085.0000.000000 $40,000.00 Other Professional Services 001.CD23A.62085.0000.000000 $365,358.00 Other Professional Services 001.FD03A.62300.0000.000000 $40,000.00 Special Departmental Supplies 001.MS01E.62085.0000.000000 $75,000.00 Other Professional Services 001.PR22A.62170.0000.000000 $87,847.00 Private Contractual Services 001.PD03A.62300.0000.24330 $76,753.00 Donations
2. The City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget for the Drug Asset Forfeiture Fund (Fund 124) is amended by appropriating $ 88,871.17 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 124.ND000.30011 to various Expenditure Accounts as detailed in the Mid -Year Request Attachment.
3. The City’s Fiscal Year 202 1-2022 Budget for the HUD Affordable Housing Fund (Fund 128) is amended by appropriating $ 94,831.60 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 128.ND000.30011 to Expenditure Account 128.CD25A.62170.
4. The City’s Fiscal Year 2021 -2022 Budget for the General City Capital Projects Fund (Fund 370) is amended by appropriating $ 183,000.00 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 370.ND000.30011 to various Expenditure Accounts as detailed in the Mid-Year Request Attachment.
5. The City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget for the Electric Fund (Fund 496) is amended by appropriating $ 9,700,000.00 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 496.ND000.30011 to Expenditure Account 496.PS11A.62805.1000.00000.55500.
6. The City’s Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Budget for the General Liability Insurance Fund (Fund 530) is amended by appropriating $995,000.00 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 530.ND000.30011 to various Expenditure Accounts as detailed in the Mid-Year Request Attachment.

2 7. The City’s Fiscal Year 202 1-2022 Budget for the Workers Compensation Insurance Fund (Fund 531) is amended by appropriating $321,970.00 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 531.ND000.30011 to various Expenditure Accounts as detailed in the Mid-Year Request Attachment.
8. The City’s Fiscal Year 202 1-2022 Budget for the Municipal Infrastructure Fund (Fund 534) is amended by appropriating $ 352,643.00 from the Assigned Fund Balance Account 534.ND000.30011 to various Expenditure Accounts as detailed in the Mid-Year Request Attachment.
9. The City’s General Fund (Fund 001) revenue accounts will also be revised to reflect changes that net to an overall increase of approximately $445,111.00.
10. The City’s Affordable Housing Fund (Fund 1 28) revenue accounts will also be revised to reflect changes that net to an overall increase of approximately $94,831.60.
11. The City’s General City Capital Projects Fund (Fund 370) revenue accounts will also be revised to reflect changes that net to an overall increase of approximately $58,000.00.
12. The Vehicle Equipment Replacement F und (Fund 532) revenue account 532.ND000.50000.1042 will be revised to reflect an increase of $45,000.00.
13. The Financial Services Director is authorized to make such other re visions, changes in summaries, fund totals, and other portions of the Budget document as necessary to reflect and implement the programs specified in this Resolution.
