AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK REPEALING BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE
SECTION 3 -3-516 IMPERSONATING PERSON OF THE
OPPOSITE SEX.
City Attorney’s Synopsis
This Ordinance repeals B urbank Municipal Code Section 3- 3-516 in its entirety . The purpose of this Ordinance is to update the Burbank Municipal Code so that it is consistent with federal and state laws.
The Council of the City of Burbank does ordain as follows:
I. Burbank Municipal Code Section 3-3-516 is hereby repealed.
II. This Ordinance shall become effective at 12:01 a.m. on the thirty-first (31
st) day after the date of adoption.
