SUBJECT: Adoption of an Ordinance Repealing Burbank Municipal Code Section 3-3- 516 Impersonating Person of the Opposite Sex
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK REPEALING BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 3-3-516 IMPERSONATING PERSON OF THE OPPOSITE SEX.
SUMMARY
The above-entitled Ordinance was introduced at a City Council Regular Meeting on February 15, 2022. Council Members Fr utos, Schultz, Springer, Anthony, and Talamantes were present.
