RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF BURBANK AND THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES
TO RENEW A FIVE YEAR GENERAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT (GSA).
T
HE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. T
he terms and provisions of the Agreement between the City of Burbank and the County of Los Angeles to renew a five year General Services Agreement (GSA) are approved.
2. T he Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk is authorized to attest this Agreement.
