BURBANK AMENDING ARTICLE III, SECTION 1 AND 3, OF
THE FISCAL YEAR 202 1-2022 CITYWIDE FEE SCHEDULE
TO ESTABLISH FEES TO DEFRAY THE CITY COSTS TO
REVIEW AND PROCESS PROJECT APPLICATIONS
SUBMITTED UNDER SB 9 – CALIFORNIA HOUSING
OPPORTUNITY AND MORE EFFICIENCY (HOME) ACT
(Government Code Section 66452.6, 65852.21, and 66411.7)
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. Article III (LAND USE AND ZONING), Section 1 and 3 of the Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Adopted Citywide Fee Schedule, is amended and restated as shown on Exhibit “A” attached hereto, pursuant to California Government Code Section 66014.
2. Effective Date. This Resolution shall be effective ________________..
