The agenda packet consisting of the staff reports and all other documentation relating to each item on this agenda are on file in the office of the City Clerk located at City Hall, 275 E. Olive Avenue, at the reference desks at the two public libraries located at 110 N. Glenoaks Boulevard and 300 N. Buena Vista Street during normal business hours, and will be posted on the City’s website at www.burbankca.gov

Any writings or documents provided to the Council regarding any item on this agenda subsequent to distribution of the agenda packet will be made available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall located at 275 E. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special City Council Meeting will be held by video conference/teleconference on Monday, April 18, 2022, at 5:00 p.m., to discuss matters on the attached agenda. This online meeting is held pursuant to Executive Order N-29-20 issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act.
Balancing the health risks associated with the Coronavirus (COVID-19), while appreciating the public's right to conduct the people's business in a transparent and open manner, during the current State of Emergency and in the interest of public health and safety, most-and possibly all-of the City Council will be participating in the City Council Meeting by teleconference. The public will not be able to physically attend the City Council Meeting. The City is providing alternatives to in-person attendance for viewing and participating in City Council Meetings.
In lieu of in-person attendance, members of the public may participate in the meeting telephonically and may submit their written comments regarding City business using the eComment, or by emailing the City Council directly at [email protected] Auxiliary aids and services are available for individuals with speech, vision, or hearing impairments (48-hour notice is required). 1. To speak during the Public Comment period during the meeting, call (818) 238-3335. a. City staff will be submitting comments in real time to the Mayor during the Meeting.
2. eComment will remain open until 4:00 p.m. the night of the meeting.
3. Email the City Council directly [email protected] Emails received on or before 4:00 p.m. on City Council Meeting day will be distributed to the City Council in advance of the meeting. Any correspondence received after this time will be distributed the following business day.

1. Adoption of a Resolution and Consideration of the Community Development Director’s Determination and Approval of Ministerial Design Review for a Multifamily Residential Project at 921-1001 W. Riverside Drive, Pursuant to Burbank Municipal Code Title 10, Chapter 1 (Zoning), Division 12 (Streamlined Ministerial Approval Process) and Senate Bill 35 (CA Government Code Section 65913.4) - Community Development Department Recommendation:
Adopt A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK CONFIRMING THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR'S DETERMINATION THAT PROJECT NO. 22-0000972, LOCATED AT 921-1001 W. RIVERSIDE DRIVE IS CONSISTENT WITH ALL APPLICABLE OBJECTIVE GENERAL PLAN, ZONING, SUBDIVISION, AND DESIGN REVIEW STANDARDS AND APPROVING THE PROJECT'S STREAMLINED MINISTERIAL DESIGN REVIEW. *** If Additional Documents/Correspondences are submitted for this item, they will be periodically posted to the City website for public viewing. *** Public Hearing Public Comment: (Three minutes concerning the Public Hearing item only.)
