Dear Mr. Hess:
County of Los Angeles Workforce Development, Aging and
Community Services (County) intends to amend City of
Burbank’s (Subrecipient’s) Elderly Nutrition Program (ENP) Subaward. The Subaward Amendment information is
outlined below:
• Purpose: Subrecipient shall utilize California
Department of Aging (CDA) American Rescue Plan
(ARP) Act funding to provide defined and contracted
ENP Congregate Meal and Home -Delivered Meal
Services during FY 2021-22.
• Subaward Number: ENP202102
• Amendment Number: Eight
• Subaward Term: July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022
• Total Funding Allocation: $33,000
• Period Funds are available for use (Subject to execution of Amendment): December 1, 2021 through June 30,
2022
