The F
irst Amendment to the City of Burbank Terms and Conditions for Temporary Staffing with Sincerus Solutions, Inc. for Temporary Personnel (“First Amendment”), effective on July 1, 2022, is by and among Sincerus Solutions, Inc. (“Contractor”) and the City of Burbank (“City”) (collectively, the “Parties”).

ontractor and City have executed the “City of Burbank Terms and Conditions for Temporary Staffing with Sincerus Solutions, Inc. for Temporary Personnel” (“Original Ter
ms and Conditions”) effective as of August 25, 2021, for the provision of temporary personnel assignments by Contractor to City upon City’s request.
B
. Due to the City’s continued additional temporary staffing needs, the Contractor and City desire to amend the Terms and Conditions to increase the total Cost of Service from a not
to exceed amount of $300,000, to a not to exceed amount of $800,000.
C. C
ontractor and City desire to amend the Hourly Billing Rates in Exhibit “A” to reflect additional job titles, pay rates, and bill rates.

MENDMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. 0 Incorporation of Terms and Conditions. Except as expressly amended by this First Amendment, the Parties acknowledge and agree that all provisions of the Terms and Conditions shall not be modified and remain in full force and effect.
2.0 A
mendment to Terms - Term.
Paragraph B (Term) of the Terms and Conditions is hereby amended and restated as follows:

The Agreement shall begin on August 25, 2021, and end on August 24, 2023.
3. 0 Amendment to Terms - Cost of Service.
The first sentence of Paragraph C (Cost of Service) of the Terms and Conditions is hereby amended and restated as follows:

OST OF SERVICE
The total cost of service for this Agreement shall not exceed $800,000.
4. 0 Amendment to EXHIBIT “A” – Hourly Billing Rate.
Effective June 1, 2022, the Hourly Billing Rates will be adjusted as described in the Table below.
