As requested in your e -mail received on July 13, 2022, we have reviewed the subject proposed vacation. The Los Angeles County Flood Control District and Los Angeles County Public Works have no objection to the proposed vacation with the following comment:
Please be advised that with the vacation of the utility easement, the City of Burbank may lose a California Environmental Quality Act statutory exemption* if in the future it seeks to build a storm drain or water line on the property.
*Public Resources Code Section 21080.21, California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Section 15282(k).
Please provide notice of your legislative body's decision approving or disapproving the subject vacation to allow us to update our records.

Southern California Gas Company does not maintain gas piping facilities within the area of this proposed street vacation. A location print is enclosed for your reference.
