SUBJECT: Adoption of an Ordinance Amending Section 6-1-1002 of the Burbank Municipal Code Relating to Parking Enforcement, Third Party Parking Enforcement Services, and Appeals
RECOMMENDATION
Adopt AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK AMENDING SECTION 6-1-1002 OF THE BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PARKING
ENFORCEMENT, THIRD PARTY PARKING ENFORCEMENT SERVICES, AND APPEALS.
SUMMARY
On December 6, 2022, t he above- titled Ordinance was introduced at a City Council Regular Meeting. Mayor Talam antes, Vice- Mayor Anthony, Council Members Frutos, Council Member Springer, and Council Member Schultz were present.
