Adopt AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK REPEALING AND REPLACING TITLE 5, CHAPTE R 3, ARTICLE 15, SE CTION 5-3-1504 OF THE
BURBANK MUNICIPAL CODE TO UPDATE WATER EFFICIENCY REQUIREMENTS FOR SPECIFIC PLUMBING FIXTURES).
