BOARD APPOINTMENT
• Minimum of three Directors (elected officials)
• Board of Directors elect a Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson
• Members of the Board of Directors serve without
compensation
• Term Requirement: Two years
• Vacancies to be filled as outlined in the JPA
FUTURE OPERATIONS AGREEMENT
FUNDING PLAN
Planning, acquisition, and construction of affordable
housing of all types and tenures.
Areas to be negotiated including, but not
limited to:
1. Fair share of funds to each city
2. Criteria for distributing funds
3. Program management and staffing
RECOMMENDATION
1. Approve the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena
Regional Housing Trust Joint Exercise of
Powers Agreement; and
2. Appoint a City Council Member to serve on
the Board of Directors for a two-year term.
