RESOLUTION NO. H-23-261
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK APPROVING : 1) THE PUBLIC HOUSING AGENCY
ANNUAL PLAN FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024; 2) UPDATES TO THE SECTION 8 ADMINISTRATIVE PLAN; AND 3) AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE THE CERTIFICATIONS
REQUIRED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT.
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. The Public Housing Agency Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 in the form attached to the Staff Report dated April 4, 2023, which is incorporated by this reference, is hereby approved.
2. The Executive Director or its designee is hereby authorized to execute the certifications required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development in conjunction with the approval of the Annual Plan.
3. The Housing Authority Section 8 Program Administrative Plan is amended and restated in the form attached to the Staff Report dated April 4, 2023, as Attachment 4, which is incorporated by this reference.
4. The Burbank Housing Authority Assistant Director shall maintain a current updated version of the Administrative Plan, incorporating the changes approved.
