• The PBID was formed in 2003 with an annual budget of $691,000 • In 2018, the PBID was renewed for a 10-year term from 2019 - 2028 • The new budget included a slight increase in assessment for Zone 2, the core area of the district, and the addition of Zone 3 (from Verdugo Ave. to Alameda Ave.)
• The PBID Budget is now $1,024,000 a 48% increase from the PBID’s original budget
• Zone 3 accounts for 28% of the PBID’s total assessment income.
