3-4-111: FIREARMS:
Every person engaging in the business of selling or otherwise transferring, or renting, or advertising for sale, or offering or exposing for sale or transfer or rental at retail, pistols, revolvers, or other firearms, shall pay for revenue purposes a license fee in the amount set forth in the Burbank Fee Resolution.
