RESOLUTION NO. P-_______
A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF BURBANK ADOPTING THE
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024.
THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. A proposed budget for the Parking Authority for the Fis cal Year commencing July 1, 2023, and ending June 30, 202 4, as submitted to the Authority on June 13, 2023, is adopted as the budget of the Parking Authority of the City of Burbank.
2. There is hereby appropriated to each account the amounts set forth in the proposed Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Annual Budget document.
3. The Executive Director is authorized to expend such sums for the purpose of such accounts, but no expenditure by any office or department for any item within an account shall exceed the amount budgeted without the prior wr itten approval of the Executive Director. The Executive Director is authorized to transfer appropriations between expenditures listed as circumstances may warrant.
4. The Financial Services Director is authorized to make such other revisions, individual appropriation line-items, changes in summaries, fund totals, grand totals, and other portions of the budget document as necessary to reflect and implement the programs specified in this resolution, and in full accordance with the direction provided by the Council up until the adoption of this resolution.
