2 History :
The I-5 Caltrans elimination of the San Fernando
underpass created a small City street fragment of former San Fernando Boulevard located between Rogers Place
and the alley just north of Landis Street. Staff recommends the City Council rename this new one-way “Frontage Road” near Landis and Keeler Streets to “Rogers Place”, an
extension of the existing Rogers Place. No existing
property addresses are affected by this street name
change because they have existing addresses on the
adjacent Landis and Keeler Streets.
