A RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BURBANK AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF MASTER
AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS, AND
FUNDS TRANSFER AGREEMENTS WITH THE
CALIFORNIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
(CALTRANS) FOR STATE AND FEDERAL -AID FUNDED
TRANSPORTATION PROJECTS
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK FINDS:
A. The City of Burbank is eligible to receive Federal and/or State funding for certain Transportation Projects through the California Transportation Department (Caltrans); and,
B. Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements must be executed with Caltrans before such funds can be claimed; and,
C. The City of Burb ank wishes to delegate the authority to execute these agreements and any amendments to the Community Development Director.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. The City of Burbank designates the Community Development Director as the person authoriz ed to execute all Master Agreements, Program Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements , and any amendments thereto, with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans), for receipt of funds for transportation- related projects. This delegation extends to funding that the City is currently eligible to receive as of the date of adoption of this Resolution, as well as future funding that the City may be eligible to receive from Caltrans for transportation projects.

2. This authorization is effective until rescinded by the Community Development Director or the Council of the City of Burbank.
