EASEMENT DEED
For a valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the LOS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT, a body corporate a nd politic (hereinafter referred to as DISTRICT), does hereby grant to the CITY OF BURBANK, a municipal corporation (hereinafter referred to as CITY), a permanent utility easement and right of way for general utility and access purposes, including, but not limited to the right t o enter, construct, install, inspect, reconstruct, maintain, use, operate, repair, replace, remove or modify water lines, sewer lines, electrical lines, transformers, pads, conduits, and other ancillary equi pment and materials in, over, under, along, upon and across (“Utility Easement) the real property in the City of Burbank, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described in Exhibit A and shown on and delineat ed on Exhibit B , both of which are attached hereto and by this refer ence made a part hereof.
Pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Supervisors of the Los Angeles County Flood Control District, this Easement Deed document has been executed on behalf of said DISTRICT by the Director of the Los Ang eles County Public Works on the ____________ day of ______________________, 20______.
