Recommend the Burbank City Council approve
Burbank Water and Power’s (BWP) continued status
as a ‘Provider’ in the California Energy Commission’s
(CEC) Demand Side Grid Support (DSGS) Program.
Recommendation
Recommend the Burbank City Council approve the
Cool Rewards Demand Response (DR) Program for
implementation and find that the DSGS and DR
programs have no reasonably foreseeable
significant negative change to the environment
under the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA) 14 Cal. Code Regs § 15061(b)(3).
