Hi, I live a stones throw away from the proposed extension & have pretty sizable concerns about the impact to traffic & pedestrian safety in the area. The traffic going to/from Chik Fil A makes the area particularly nutty & congested & dangerous, I say this as someone who bikes, drives, & walks the area frequently. My concern is that adding a building here will not only make the area more dangerous during construction (add'l traffic often results in people driving more dangerously/impatiently) but that the long term existence of the building will do more harm than good for those of us who actually live here.
