to secure certain permits before operating in the City. 10-1-1119(D): Prohibition Establishes that firearm and ammunition retail activity is prohibited on City property.
10-1-1119€: Compliance
By Existing Firearm
Retailers
Establishes that all existing firearm and ammunition
retailers shall comply with certain provisions within 180 days of the effective date of this Ordinance.
10-1-1119(F): Location Establishes that new firearm and ammunition retailers must maintain minimum distance separation
requirements from (1) sensitive uses and (2) other
firearm and ammunition retailers.
