RESOLUTION NO. H-________
A RESOLUTION OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF BURBANK ADOPTING THE
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024-2025.
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF BURBANK RESOLVES:
1. A proposed budget for the Housing Authority for the Fis cal Year commencing July 1, 2024, and ending June 30, 20 25, as submitted to the Authority on June 4, 2024, is adopted as the budget of the Housing Authority of the City of Burbank.
2. There is hereby appropriated to each account the amounts set forth in the proposed Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Annual Budget document.
3. The Executive Director is authorized to expend such sums for the purpose of such accounts, but no expenditure by any office or department for any item within an account shall exceed the amount budgeted without the prior written approval of the Executive Director. The Executive Director is authorized to transfer appropriations between expenditures listed as circumstances may warrant.
4. The Executive Director or designee is authorized to approve and execute agreements for professional services, services and goods that are listed in the Budget adopted herein.
5. The Financial Services Director is authorized to make such other revisions, individual appropriation line-items, changes in summaries, fund totals, grand totals, and other portions of the budget document as necessary to reflect and implement the programs specified in this resolution, and in full accordance with the direction provided by the Council up until the adoption of this resolution.
